Alice is the founder and managing director of a consultancy and workforce development company. She is of Gungarri/Kamilaroi descent and has lived in the NT since 1982. As a regional business, she has restructured her business several times to overcome challenges and barriers. Alana is adaptive to change to build a sustainable and resilient business, and has many innovative ideas that are built around inclusive cultures. Alice is a Member Australian Company Directors, Fellow Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, Graduate of the Murra Business Program and recently completed the Business Growth Ramp Program through the University of South Australia, Centre for Business Growth.
