Brad is a proud Ballardong man of the Noongar nation in the Southwest WA. Pepita is a proud Kija, Nyul Nyul and Gajjerong women from the Kimberley. She is heavily involved with Aboriginal affairs for the Kimberley and works in a space of Indigenous lead welfare reform. Brad and Pepita’s business, We Got Game, is a women’s Football Academy is for first nations women in the Kimberley that aims to build confidence and skills and to provide ongoing training, support, and self-development when the football season is over, the Academy recognises that this is a vulnerable time of year for First Nation people.
